NOT ZERO carbs like all the other brands. Serving size is only 1 TEASPOON and contains ONE net carb per TEASPOON. There are FORTY EIGHT teaspoons in a cup. This is NOT low carb. Also, it is yellowish. Not smooth fine flour like the Lifesource and THM brands are. I ordered it only because they have organic version. The front of the package says zero net carbs but the nutrition panel does not support their false claim. Evidently they don't know how to do basic math. Makes me wonder what else they have added into this stuff to add non fiber carbs into it. **Q: Does it have a bitter aftertaste?** A: I use it to make grain free bread so I add bread spices (like carraway, corriander, ground mustard seed, salt, etc) to the dough plus eggs and buttermilk, therefore I didn't notice any bitterness.
