Waste of money, get Skullerz bump cap insert instead.
There is no value for money here, you can by these on Ebay for a third of the price. I sent mine back from the UK to the US and it has cost me nearly as much as the things cost in the first place. What a rip off, instead I bought 4 skullerz bump cap inserts off amazon they're a fiver each and buying 4 gave me free postage.
