Excellent quality
I liked the quality of the product. they look great in Volcanic colours. Used for general cooking in a Creuset frying pan. Been using the spatulars around three weeks, I find them excellent & easy to use and clean. The price was competitive

Premium price for a premium product. Fells nice and looks great. Exactly what I expected from Le Creuset. Buy once and never buy again!

Le Creuset volcanic utensils / jar
Item arrived ok and would have been great however box didn't have fragile on it and had a great big dent on the outside. Upon opening the spatulas were fine but the utensils jar had the base smashed off in2 numerous pieces.Return process has been Faultless and will order again when one is available at the right price.

Defects!! In the process of returning
This was a Christmas present but I know the person I am gifting to wouldn't accept the defects. Such a shame and inconvenience to have to return.

… die Verpackung. Muss ich echt lobend hervorheben! Klingt blöd, aber ich habe schon mehrfach LeCreuset gekauft, auch bei denen direkt. Und die Versandverpackung war oft einfach nur unzureichend, so dass einige Artikel direkt zurückgeschickt werden mussten, weil sie kaputt ankamen. Nicht so hier! Stabiler Karton (ähnlich eines Umzugskartons), ausgeklügelte Warensicherung aus Pappe darin. Endlich hat mal jemand mitgedacht! Der Artikel selbst ist wie gewohnt hochwertig und steht meiner Küche ganz hervorragend.
