Can we use these when coloring white chocolate?

Hi Maria,AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste is water based and must be converted to an oil based color using AmeriColor Flo-Coat in order to color white chocolate. The mixing ratio is 1 1/2 tablespoons of Flo-Coast to 1 teaspoon of Soft Gel Paste, or 5 drops Flo-Coat to 1 drop Soft Gel Paste. Make sure it is well mixed before adding to your white chocolate.Kind regards,AmeriColor Corp.

Can you airbrush with with this gel?

These gel pastes are not intended for airbrushing. They are thick for coloring icing and fondant.

Is this for food (cake batter) ONLY or can you pour this in icing as well? I need to color icing that will go on top of cakes and cupcakes but I notice some coloring isnt actually for icing please let me know.

I have been using this brand for agesand I do recommend itnote that its grate for icing cupcakes and cakes ( which is its main use), coloring fondant and you can also use it to colure the cake batter as well

Not a valid question.... But to try and answer..... all the basic colors and many shades to either side. Black is really gray if used in frosting.
