(We bought 3 of them for a major remodel project in our home). One of the spigots was a little crooked but Amazon made a major adjustment on the price and we are just living with it as is since we placed the damaged one in our master bath as it is barely noticeable and no one really ever sees it but us. Very nice movement of the handles and we love the pivoting spigot when you want to wash something in the sink.
