Protecta Rays Laptop Sleeve for MacBook Air© / MacBook Pro Retina & Other Slim Profile 13 Inch Laptops (Black & Sea Green)

Got the sleeve today. Excellent fit, quality and finish. I had ordered Aircase sleeve earlier and had to return it as it was not good. This product by Protecta is really good and cheaper than Aircase sleeve, bought it for my Asus VivoBook s15 (15.6inch laptop), but will perfectly suite with 14.1 inch Protecta sleeve as my laptop has smaller form factor compared to traditional 15.6inch laps. Anyway the quality of zipper and sleeve is nice. The only con is that the placement of grab handle is little awkward and doesn't serve the purpose. Have to grab the sleeve just like holding the laptop. Anyway satisfied with the product. Durability of the sleeve is yet to be found out on using it for few months, will update if any issues occur..Note :Please cross check the dimensions of your laptop and the sleeve before buying the sleeve as return option is not available for sleeves sold in Amazon, only replacements accepted.

1. Smart and effective sleeve. Good cost benefit ratio - there are more expensive ones I have seen in retail shops that are not as good as this.2. Arrived sooner than predicted - very satisfied with service. Provider, however, did not call to confirm laptop size or any other detail which could have been an added bonus/and eased our minds.3. Well made, tastefully designed and easily accommodates the Macbook Pro 13.3". There is space left over on the sides, which indicates manufacturers requirement to make this available for a number of laptops in this size category - irritating. Should have been a snug fit as advertised.3. Zip covers one side (of four) & has an inbuilt padding to prevent it from directly contacting laptop - good thought.4. Has an additional pocket (zipped) at the rear where papers/flat odds and ends can be accommodated and a carrying strap that is convenient.5. Is water resistant to an extent - big bonus from an accidental splash/rain.6. Fits into a Skybag (backpack) and thus provides additional protection during travelling. Another point for manufacturers to note. Sleeves with dimensions that fit such soft bags required for protection from rough handling, etc.7. Overall a good product.

All u people out there pls pls go for this case or sleeves for laptop as they are brilliantly made and the material feels so premium almost like my Swiss gear bag material am not entirely sure about this being water proof but the quality build of this bag is extremely good at this range I must say it's a close competing to targus bags plus the best think about this company is they make u feel so special by introducing a hand written welcome note on ur purchase that you feel to be a premium customer and I loved the extra pampering which are honestly tough to get in Indiaonce again a brilliant initiative by the company and too good a product please keep up the good work we need more sellers like you who gives tgat premium feel to their customers :)

The actual width is only 22 cm but it has been claimed as 24.5 cm in the item discription. Quality was good but did not serve my purpose hence returned.

After using the product for more than a month I can say that overall experience with the product is good. I am using this with a 2014 model of Retina Macbook Pro, and based on that I would like to rate the following parameters:1. Quality: Good.2. Size: Ok, should have been half an inch smaller on the sides.3. Value for money: ExcellentI would recommend this product if you want a good sleeve with great value for money.Edit: Been using this sleeve for around 4 years, got to say, this is a tough one. Just 1 of the chain lock broke and no other defects, not even a single stitch came off.

Took ages to deliver, as for the product hold no high expectations.you get what u pay for as quality of the product is OK and i personally didn't like stiching of the bag, like grandma style.For me i think it's still a bit over priced.

Got this product delivered 5 days after I ordered it and was totally worth the wait. A good amount of cushion is in the bag to protect your 15.6" laptop and the laptop fits perfectly well. There is an additional zip which opens up to space for storage on the back side to put a notebook, phone and pens. Good design and material. Go for 'Protecta' covers.

This a very good cover. The material is of a high quality and it looks very good too. Nicely padded. And the fact that the seller calls you to confirm your laptop type and size to make sure that you have ordered the right size of cover is a very nice touch. For example, in my case I had ordered a size too large for my Macbook Air, and due to their recommendation, I got a size smaller and it fit perfectly!
