We've been using these for over a year. I like them because they are lighter and well made.

Beautiful plates that can be used with any decor for any everyday or special event. They are NEARLY unbreakable, but they can be chipped or broken if treated very roughly. I've used Corelle Livingware for 40 years. This will be my 3rd set. The first was a floral set I received many, many years ago as a gift. I only had 8 place settings of that. Then I inherited a set of 20 from an aunt in a different floral pattern that I never really liked. FINALLY, I am happy to own 12 place settings of this beautiful white livingware. I am so happy to find that it is still made in the USA. I ordered 2 of these dinner sets, and a number of serving and supplemental pieces, including the luncheon plates. All was packed very well and arrived in good order.I don't know why there are bad reviews on here because of people not reading the product description. Just because someone did not see that it clearly says "Dinner Set" in the description (thus giving a hint that there are no luncheon plates in the set); or even somehow missed that the description of what's in the box explicitly says "Bread and Butter Plates", not "Luncheon Plates", then they should not be removing stars from the product. They made a mistake. That does not merit a poor review of the product. In my opinion, there is no way to go wrong with Corelle Livingware. It's dishwasher and microwave safe, and will almost always withstand being dropped or clanked against the sink. In addition to all of that, it is simple and elegant on the table. It can be dressed up or down for any occasion. I am so happy to finally have a complete set of a pattern I chose for myself. This will be the last set of dishes I ever have to buy.

I previously purchased a set of the white Corelle & needed more & this set was priced right. I use the set everyday & dishwasher safe.

I purchased as a gift, but now I'm thinking of replacing what I have with these. Stack a lot of plates in a short stack and they are so light, but tough. I really like them.

Very nice and well made. Much easier to use vs. current heavy dis set.

I bought this to replace my heavy ceramic dining set and they are fantastic! They are every lightweight and easy to clean. We have also dropped them and have only had 1 break (darn dog knocked it off the counter). When they do break they break into large chunks and do not shatter which makes for easy cleanup. Since these are the plain white I do not have to worry about them being discontinued and have since bought many additional plates for holidays. The only bummer is the bowls are pretty shallow so not great for soup but work for everything else. I plan to buy the additional lunch plates eventually but for now the dinner and snack plates work perfect for my family.

i still have many of my moms original and then 30 plus years i got 2 sets of these as well i love them so much smooth easy to care for just clothe rag and water and soap and they come super clean and feels very clean and smooth they stack up very smartly in the cabinet i have 16 or each they stack nicely in one row with room for more if you have a huge family (like i had 4 kids)they never break unless you say they never break then next drop one will break so just never say it im sad that i know i will kill a bowl or plate since i have said this today but they bounce nicely more times even on a hard floorthe sandwich plates are 8 inch not the 6 so thats kinda nicer in my mind as teh origal 50old were for coffee cups and have teh depression for the cup in them and worked a lids whilst you move from kitech to when you read teh paper but the new ones dont just fyi they are just small plates and coffee and tea re not a thing anymore i heard.... lol
