Washes well, and is very durable

The towels and rags were nice but the oven mitt and pot holders were completely flat and looked nothing like the picture... Overall it was okay for the money

I really like the shade of blue which matches my color scheme.

It's difficult to know quite what to say in a review about the kinds of simple, basic things everyone uses everyday, such as this set is. But, since the company has politely requested this revew by both email and snail mail, I'll try. To begin with, while it's not the thickest, most luxurious set you could ever find, the oven mitt and pot holders are thick enough to do the job and thin enough to be more flexible than the 'higher end' ones. And that's a definite plus when you're working with heavy, hot pans and casseroles in hot, awkward places like ovens. The towels are as absorbent as they should be, which oddly enough isn't as common as you'd expect. And the drying mat is a good size and also absorbent. But what I particularly like about it is that there's no very little or no foam inside it. (Foam lined mats work well for heavier items but, couter intuitively, can make very unstable surfaces for delicate crystal and such.) It's not the set I'd buy if I wanted to impress the Astors, but I don't. It's a great set for everyday use.

Product is great for visual appearance. It matched the decor perfectly. However, the absorbency of the product is not that great.

the dish cloths have a nice waffle weave for scrubbing, but the towels do not absorb very well
