Is there enough cushion between knees? Small, skinny legs..** A: If you stuck it between your legs it will fill very thin but may work for what you are describing. I bought this as a pillow for my 6'3" son to use. It has no more support than a blanket tossed in a pillow case. We hate it. To to thin. **Q: Is it machine wash and dry** A: It is spot clean only. No machine washer or dryer. 100% polyester would lump up in machines even with a ball or shoe.
