This mat is very good value for money. It is good quality and well made. It was uncomfortable to start with but after a couple of tries I did actually fall asleep on it.I have slept better since using the mat and woke up today feeling brighter than I have in a long time, which is a big thing for me as I suffer from chronic migraine and rarely feel good.A shinier bag might have been useful as it clings to the mat and with it being spikey it is difficult to pull the mat out. This doesn't take away from how good the mat is though.

I’d heard so many people raving about these things so I thought I’d give this one a go; for £20 I thought it’s not the biggest loss if it turns out not for me.It was smaller than expected. It’s the size of a baby changing mat so only big enough for your back. You do get a spikey pillow too, though I don’t use it, I can’t get comfy using the pillow too.So anyway, It’s turned out to be a great investment; I love it. The first time I used it I could do just 1 minute, bare skin on spikes, but breathe into it, focus elsewhere and I quickly developed longer staying power and do 15-30mins now.Mind, it’s the tearing yourself off it that stings a little after a long stint. Your skin is red and dinted by the little spikes and feels a bit like sunburn. However it also brings on a mild elation, mixed with a really calm state, I love it.I tend to use mine after my daily exercise and it’s like a form of meditation for me.It rolls back up easy and pops back into the drawstring carry bag.Recommended.

I bought this after straining my lower back. I'd already had some treatment via the osteopaths but I was struggling with relieving pain whilst at home. I saw a similar product to this on Instagram and thought I'd look into it. It arrived within the week, during a lockdown no less. I'll admit I was surprised at how small it was but I'm 5"2 and I'm able to comfortably fit the separate pillow under my neck whilst lying on the mat. I also got my family members to try it, who are all taller, and they can use it no issue.As for the 'pain factor' I honestly don't notice the little flower-shaped spikes and the pillow helps to elongate my spine. I've found that it stretches me out and cracks my lower back, relieving tension, just by lying flat. Very happy with my purchase, just think for taller/broader people it could be a bit small.

I’m using it for a couple weeks and now I can say that it is really does work! I try to use it each morning straight after waking up to help my circulatory system works faster and at evening for relaxation of my upper body. It’s is quite effective

This is absolutely amazing to do in the morning a quick lie down on this and I’m not quite there yet with going bare foot on it but it seriously helps you wake up and get your system running properly

I bought 2 of these. One for my mum (it was her idea) and one for myself. They take a bit of getting used to and have to say iI have onlyi had slight relief but my mum absolutley loves hers though

Bought for pain from a lower back injury. Fell asleep on this for a couple of weeks & WOW! No pain!No longer need pain relief, no more being woken up in the night with pain.I still get the odd bit of discomfort & when I do I use this & wake up pain free again.I had been in pain for so long I was beginning to think I’d never get back to normal.And my sleep quality is much better too when I use it so there’s nothing to dislike.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be helpful if this mat arrived with instructions. That said, it is pretty self explanatory and I started off lying on it for approximately 10 mins at a time with thin clothing on and I am now able (3 weeks later) to lie on it without clothing for longer periods of time. I bought this mat as I suffer from very bad neck/shoulder tight muscle pain and I regularly need acupuncture and sports massages to help. While I haven’t seen much of an improvement in pain relief, one thing I have noticed is a massive improvement in my sleep. Since using this mat, I’m finding it much easier to fall asleep at night - I usually spend hours tossing and turning and rarely fall asleep before 1am despite early starts but with this mat, I’ve been super tired and heading to bed much earlier. I also enjoy the sensation of intense heat that the mat gives you after a period of time.

j'ai acheter ce produit pour mon dos ,je le teste a peine ,mais ma l'air éfficace.

A veces me pregunto para qué compro estas cosas, seguro q no sirven para lo q anuncian....pues, en este caso, menos mal q tenia este producto cuando me he levantado esta mañana sin poder mover el cuello ni el hombro. 10 min/3 veces y mejor q cremas ó medicamentos.
