I didn’t want people getting cut with their soap. Also as a female, I don’t need splinters where the sun don’t shine. I decided to return it and reorder thinking maybe I got a bad batch, and I just received my new batch and it’s even worse. The box was wide open and left out in the sun by Amazon and this time not only was covered in splintered wood, but also human hair and what looks like boars hair and dirt. I’m very disappointed, and will be returning this second box. I know Quality control was supposed to be a priority, but it looks like more strict quality control is needed. Sad, because this was my favorite soap, but now I’ll have to figure something else out. I do have to say that they are great about returns, though, so they have that going for them.
