My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Volume 6

As Rainbow Dash would say, THIS IS AWESOME! The return of Trixie and in the role of at least trying to be good. Though still her not very humble self. And then Discord as a Cutie Mark Crusader (honorary) on a field trip with Fluttershy and the Crusaders was exceptionally enjoyable! I do like how the comic builds off the show and itself to a degree and in many ways gives glimpses into the backgrounds and history and further development of the entire world. And the level of small almost insider jokes is hilarious!

My 8 year old daughter LOVES these books. We check them out frequently from the library and she reads them over and over again. Little sister bought this for her birthday and she is thrilled to have it. One thing I did learn, from the librarian, the series is written by different authors. I've not personally read any of them, so not sure you can tell, but found it interesting they weren't all the same.

Bought these for my 10 year old grandchild and they have been very well received and enjoyed. I have not personally looked at them, but have seen the show on TV and am always impressed by the upbeat message. I'm told that the comic books are as good as the show.

My daughter absolutely loves these comics! She receives them as reward incentives, for either making A/B grades at school, or completing a project. She has five of them so far, and really gets into the comic stories!

I purchased this as a gift for my pony loving daughter - she loves these volumes. Beautiful graphics.

Another great addition to the series

Our 8-year old loves the Little Pony comics. And locks herself up in her room for hours whenever we get her another Pony omnibus. And its great to bring one while travelling, as it keeps her off the Ipad.Apparently these colourful stories are quite funny and well-written.Apart from the fact that they are hard to get here in the UK it’s a little hard to distinquish between the single stories and the much better omnibuses that are of better value.

All of the comics enrich the lore and expands on the characters in many ways. It also seems like the authors have more freedom and can tackle different subjects compared to the tv show. Combine the sometimes slightly more mature themes with the gorgeous art of Andy Price, and you just can't go wrong. If you like MLP, you will love these!
