Height Increase Insoles – Shoe Lift Inserts

Tired of spending $10, $12, $15 or more for cheap insoles at the local stores I decided to give these a try. Boy am I glad I did! I wasn't really looking for an increase in height so much as I needed an insole that wouldn't "walk down", and be useless in a couple of months. I got the idea to try these.I wear size 11 wide or extra wide shoes, with orthotics, so I ordered the Large size insole. They fit in my shoes perfectly with absolutely no cutting or fitting required. Took 'em out the package slipped 'em in my shoes and started wearing 'em. I could tell a difference immediately! Not only in a slight increase in height, but more importantly in the overall comfort of my shoes. Most of my shoes are lace up, so they were able to accommodate the increase in height inside the shoe without much problem, but because of the orthotics I have to wear, adding these to the inside of my slip on shoes makes them a little too tight. So I don't wear my Sunday go to meetin' shoes much anymore. Now I can't, and don't want to go anywhere without them now.Ordering more soon. I can recommend these insoles just for the increase in comfort alone.Oh, and now my wife wants to try some in her shoes too.Update! Have purchased these several times since my initial review, and I can say with confidence that these insoles are well worth the money. They last a long, long time and I use them in almost all of my shoes now.

The lifts that my doctor recommended for alleviating some sore tendon issues in my heel were horribly uncomfortable so I bought these as an alternative. At first I thought these were too soft and squishy to be comfortable or stable, but after a couple of days use I barely noticed them anymore. I have had them in my shoes for three months and the tendon issue has improved (the lifts reduce achilles tendon strain) and they have held up better than I expected. I wear them under the removable lining/insole that came with the New Balance shoes I wear to work, as they reflect a fair amount of heat and made my feet sweat when worn directly against my socks.

Very Comfortable. I put them in new boots that were a little big on me. They were tight going in but that's good because they stay in place very well. The boots felt tight for a few days as it stretched and now it feels great. I'm only mentioning this because if you have leather boots, they will need time to stretch since your foot/heal sits higher. I haven't tried this in sneakers or low shoes as i feel they won't work as well since my heal we be halfway up the back.

These are GREAT! I generally have poor posture and I have found that I really can't wear flat shoes without experiencing tremendous pain in my feet. It's one of the reasons why I choose to wear shoe's with a little heel vs. vans or converse. I just bought some canvas palladium boots and put these suckers in there and now they are my favorite shoes I have ever owned. I will probably buy more of these insoles. WAY better than Dr. Scholl's, plus with the boots and the insole I am like 5'10 which is nice (5' 8.5 usually).

I was expecting something for just under the heel, these are the size of a regular insole. This makes them nice because they stay in place when sliding my feet in. I also wish they were generic, the 2 pack is one left and one right. I need them only for the left foot and wanted to put them in 2 different left shoes so I didn’t have to keep moving them.

Springy feel, not firm ( for firm I like xinifoot inserts)

Haven't tried these yet but i like how this brand offers a range from .4 to .6/1.25 in height increase. 5'101/2(5'11 mornings) here and half an inch is a crime. I wan't to be 5'11 lol

Ok for a month or so, then they start losing firmness. Needs to be made from a stiffer material
