I am what we used to call when I was in school a "hard marker". I take my reviews seriously, and a product has to be pretty darn good to get five stars. Despite that hurdle, I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it. Yes, photos are helpful, but having the physical item to inspect close-up and handle yourself is different. The blow-molded case is above average in quality, and the components are nice and the completeness of the kit is impressive. It's not really mentioned in the listing, though it is pictured in some of the photos, but this kit also comes with a very handy foam cleaning mat. some gun parts can be really small and the mat is very helpful in that regard. When I consider the quality of the individual pieces, and the wide variety of firearms it covers, I think this gun cleaning kit is a compelling value.

Been using this about a year now. One of the screw section on the rod has snapped off. The brushes are starting to show wear. Makes cleaning the guns easy. Case size is easy to store and small. Great product.

Very complete kit. Decent quality for the price. Some of the cutouts are slightly too big to securely hold a few of the items, but luckily those tools are for calibers I don’t care about. 🙂. If I had to give feedback for improvement it would be (a) to include some small punches and a space to store (b) cotton swabs and (c) your favorite gun multi tool. That would save you having to grab your cleaning kit and separate tool kit. Other than that, great so far.

As someone who does their own maintenance, I’m picky about tools. This kit surprised me — the rods thread smoothly, brushes hold up, and the included bore snake/patches are a nice bonus. It has multiple sizes so it’s compatible with most calibers I own. If you want a solid starter-to-intermediate level cleaning set, this is it.

I had a friend tell me never to buy an entire kit and just get bore snakes, boy am I glad I didn't listen to him! After getting a few more firearms and not wanting to spend 5-10 dollars per bore snake I decided to just go get an entire kit and I couldn't be happier. This kit has everything I need to clean every caliber I will probably ever get. It made cleaning my 20gauge, 380, 22, and hopefully my 5.56 so much easier. The hardware has held up nicely for me with no wear or breakage of anything, no issues with the plastic jags either which I know some people have complained about. The two bottles are lifesavers and make applying CLP or lubricant a walk in the park. I haven't used every piece yet but I am definitely looking at purchasing one of these as a Christmas gift if mine continues to hold up well!

Basic kit but works for cleaning, definitely recommend than buying some over priced kit from the store.

good kit for the price. Helps me clean my handguns and rifles. has everything i need and is a great price. cleaning applicators do not feel cheap or like theyre going to break.
