Review: Poorly written but includes some information difficult to find in published form - This book appears to have been written by someone with no writerly experience and no editor. It includes some nice photographs but seems to be limited by the delusion that the Topkapi palace is the only repository of Islamic art on the planet. It’s kind of like a nice high school project done by a kid who has decent photoshop skills and access to google search for images. I regret every cent.
