## Description

Flortis Concentrated Vinegar is a vinegar, not food-safe, obtained thanks to the action of bacteria of the genus Acetobacteria, which in the presence of air oxidize ethanol contained in wine and other raw materials such as cereals and fruits, transforming it into acetic acid. The percentage of acetic acid that results varies according to the type of fermentation. The vinegar used in the kitchen typically contains a volume of acetic acid from 3-5%, while this product is 5 times higher. Due to its acidity, vinegar is used as a corroborant to lower the pH of water when performing treatments with organic products, some of which lose or decrease their effectiveness to neutral pH and alkaline. In contact with all types of plants (e.g. flowers, weeds etc..) expresses drying action i.e. in contact with plants deeply alters tissues until they burn them. Does not leave any residue. Comes with measuring scoop.
