Inside removable segment is a small free floating wire that is supposed to secure segment to ring. Problem is the movement of the wire during installation. It slides down and leaves one end long and nothing sticking out the other end to secure the other side! Tried inserting it with fingers, tweezers, opening pliers and nothing worked.
