Simply the best finger tips and thimble aide!
This little green gem is soft but strong! I use to only use one thimble when I did hand sewing and binding. Now I use two, a hard plastic one on my middle finger and this little green gem on my pointer finger to pull the needle through with. I will sew till my fingers fall off and get hand pain but since I started using the Rubber Finger tips I don't have the hand pain any more. The rubber tips grab the needle for me with the lightest of touch and prevent the needle pricks at the same time. I have bought about a dozen of these and am stocking up because I never want to be with out one ever again!

Not embroidery designs
I purchased and received the product pictured, which was the finger protectors, not an embroidery design. The written description for this product is incorrect. I got the product which I had ordered, the finger protectors, or thimbles.

Thin and tear easily.
These may be ok for a small project, but not if you’re going to use them all the time. I’ve been hand quilting a bed runner measuring 36”x106” I went through FOUR of these before the project was 1/3 of the way completed. They are very comfortable, but very thin and rip extremely easy. I’ve since completed the project wearing swingline finger tips and I only needed one and will be able to use that for my next quilting project too. They are under $4 for a box of 12 so a much better value all the way around. I wouldn’t waste your money on these.....

Great for sewing on quilt binding
I like to use small (#10) applique needles to hand sew the back side of quilt bindings. It can, however, be hard to grab and pull this small needle through all the layers (especially at seams). The Bohn finger tips eliminate the problem. They give you a good grip on the needle and I can sew comfortably for longer when using them.

Way, way, way too small for any fingers ...
Way, way, way too small for any fingers except the pinky. I am afraid to wear them as I will definitely tear them in no time. I sew a lot and I quilt a lot too. Sigh.... they are way too tight to wear on any other fingers.

Highly recommend!
Best things ever invented for hand stitching. Along with Bohin needles these tips made needle easy to grasp.

Strong and grips well
These are wonderful for gripping needles, whether quilting, doing embroidery or needlepoint. I am very pleased with their quality as well as price.
