Works as advertised (so far)
Using on my motorcycle, works as advertised for the Roady 2. Power plug fits like OEM. Housing is a little larger than I expected but not a significant problem. Have yet to see how a full riding season will effect durability. Obviously designed for use in car.

Never Worked, but Good Concept
Mine never worked with my XR9, but if it did, i'm sure this would be great for anyone going for a "floating" or "in-dash" look for an aftermarket Satellite radio. The cord is slim, but doesn't feel flimsy. The only real issue I would have (if it was installed) would be the box you have to hide, which does house a nifty indicator light. That same light told me that my unit was DOA. I didn't bother returning because its that much of a pain, but maybe someone else has something. A questionable second try might be made. I'll update this review if it does

Good to go. Make sure you ground it properly to remove background hiss.
Still running strong after three years in my car. At first I wasn't happy with the background hiss but that went away with a better grounding system.

Didn't fit...could not return
This didn't fit the husbands XM Roady. We waited too long and could not return it. Turns out his new stereo had an output and connected the Roady to his stereo with an existing wire. It's new in the bag....now what?

plug is improperly made.
It works, but it does not stay plugged in to the roady2 that I have. It just simply falls out. It will only work if I hold it in place which is a great pain.
