I wanted a simple, light-weight set that could be stored at side of house and then carried out to lawn when she visits. I wanted a set with the glider but I replaced the swings in the set with a "strap"swing and a trapeze bar, which both hang with chains rather than rope and are easy for me to remove for storage. It comes with a type of anchor but I devised my own with spiral anchors and ratchet tie-downs so it can be moved easily to store. The set was easy to assemble with my moderate DYI skills and the instructions were clear and parts labeled well. Very satisfied with purchase as it suits our needs.
