I have a very picky 6-year old, and he has gone through all kinds of vitamins. I got so tired of struggling to get him to take them every day. I had resorted to buying a pill crusher and crushing the Flintstone vitamins, so that we could sprinkle them on something else, but he didn't like the flavor even so. However, he seems to like the flavor of these. At first, we mixed them in yogurt, but we have since found that he is willing to let me pour them directly in his mouth (a little at a time). They come in individual packets with easy tear off ends. Meant for children over 4.
