It dissolves well in water, I haven't tried putting it in oil.

Does this product contain only powder or does it have bit of seeds?

There is only powder. It is very finely grounded so no residue of any seeds. I was also surprised at how delicious it was in my smoothies and even just mixed with water. Great company

They aren’t certified organic. I checked the FAQ on their website. It is a very nutritious product, and I use it in smoothies and teas.
