Tru-SpecSecurity Friendly Tactical Belt

I needed a belt that wouldn't set off the metal detector at my job.Not a huge fan of this style of belt since they're always difficult to get tight.But this one has worked fine so far.Not as good as a traditional belt.But not as problematic as I thought it'd be.

Super-durable belt. It’s perfect for air travel! The only downside is that it ALMOST doesn’t fit into Dickies pant/short loops. I think after I break in these (Dickies) shorts the loops will loosen a bit...

The buckle is huge and sticks out a lot. Otherwise it does the job, holds the pants up, doesn't beep in metal detectors.

Secure, totally TSA friendly, stylish but not a dress belt.

I bought this because I needed a belt that would be inconspicuous, would stay put without loosening, and that was long enough to fit me (currently about 5'5" and 320 lbs).I have a big butt that is disproportionate to my waste so when I wear jeans they tend to slip down constantly (bc they are tight in the rear but not around the waist). I needed to find a belt that wouldn't add much bulk and would stay put without loosening over the course of the day so that I didn't have to hold the back of my pants up with one hand anytime I stood up or walked around to keep from showing off my buttcrack (big booty ladies out there, I know you understand).It was surprisingly hard to find a long enough belt for my plus size waist, especially in retail stores. This belt ended up being perfect. It is sturdy without being bulky, comfortable to wear and doesn't loosen at all, which surprised me since the buckle is just one of those slip through plastic things. If using this to attach something to carry around, like a holster or something, I'm confident that it would hold it up well without sagging or anything. You could easily use this as a full on utility belt if you're Batman or some other vigilante hero.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

A great belt for tactical style pants. It’s durable and once broken in, provides enough stability to attach a radio and flashlight. However, I prefer, and recommend, a more sturdy duty belt for that. I use this belt just to keep my trousers from falling. Nice little pocket for handcuff key or something like that.

I liked the no-metal feature for travel. It looks like it will have a long life.

The belt has been with me for about 5 months of hard-use. I use it in the field, and in the city.It's definitely not the best belt for a formal dinner, and it cannot be used as a harness (plastic clip would fail).This belt is good for daily, above average use, and can support a holstered pistol and other kit, up to about 15lbs before the buckle began to slip.

Decent belt overall.+ Dries quickly+ Very durable+ Fits perfectly with TruSpec 24/7 pants+ Does not loosen easily+ Inexpensive- Cannot tighten like a normal belt of a similar design (Though I may be I am new to this style of belt)My advice is buy a longer belt than needed and cut to size.

I used this as a belt, the webbing is strong and quite stiff. The buckle is plastic and slides back under tension. The security pocket is useless, very small, good luck fitting a car key in it.
