Bit of a luxury

Odd smell. Bitter taste. Not genuine.
I’ve good wild rice for years. BUT This is very poor quality rice. Has a cumin Indian spice smell. Terrible bitter taste, and looses its colour proving it’s cheap and dyed. I had to throw the pan full away I’d cooked.
