No issues with them physically after two weeks of daily use. They have not broken as one reviewer suggested. The battery is a little challenging to open, but not bad.Pros:1) Great music sound2) I've been able to connect to my iPhone 4gs and my dell laptop (required bluetooth adapter--the basic bluetooth in the laptop only supports keyboard and mouse, not media devices)3) When listening to music, I don't hear much of the outside noise.4) We are in an open office environment and I need to be isolated to focus. These work well. They are pretty comfortable for extended wear (note, I wear glasses and they are okay with glasses).If you have a big or small head, these might not work for you. They do slide in and out and the earphones swivel, but the arc is a set radius.Cons:1) They do "pop" when connecting to a music source. I think this is due to the noise cancelling function.2) Noise cancellation is okay, but not great IMO. I haven't tried anything else, but it's definitely not silent. If you don't have music or sound playing, it kind of feels awkward like you are in a pressurized space. I think that's due to the noise cancellation function.3) As a telephone headset, my wife said they echo on her end. I don't use them for phone conversations because of that.Update:4) Battery life seems to be about 7 hrs of continuous use. Don't know if that's a con or not. It seems okay, but not great since I need them to work for about 10 hrs.5) I'm listening to internet radio using iheart.com (which I hate...but, they own the market) I have occasional cutouts. I think I lose signal when I lean back and I kind of block the signal with my body/head. On the other hand, I've walked away from my computer and it seems to have decent range.
