Great pans makes the bakery size muffins and no sticking

Excellent pan! Instead of using a pie plate to cook a quiche recipe, I pour the mixture into the pan (without pie dough) to cook individually servings.

This was exactly the size I was expecting to get, that big coffee shop/bakery-sized muffin. My only complaint is how the cups are attached to the top surface leaves a seam in the metal and you get stuff baked into the crack... Besides that, it's an inexpensive tin and it works. Non-stick works well.

Love large muffins? How about mini-omelets? Taco cups? If yes, these are for you. If no, well, I don't even know what to say! These are the perfect size to get the large bakery-sized blueberry muffins, or whatever your favorite is. But these are also great for so many different recipes. You can make individual chicken pot pies or Sheppard pies and adjust the seasoning, cheese, or veggie level for easy personal servings. I would make sure to grease these well, or put strips of parchment paper in there crisscross for easy removal. These clean up fairly easily as long as you prep them properly before use. Don't use any of those really abrasive sponges or you'll scratch the nonstick coating and then it will degrade from there. Typical nonstick maintenance, nothing out of the ordinary here.

This was a great buy. Mostly because I ordered 1 and got 9 (thanks Amazon worker!) which I didn't expect. It is a sturdy pan, I won't have to buy more anytime soon lol.
