I wish I could go back to less expensive products
When I first started using these, they were much more affordable (though still very pricey for a product you use every 3-4 weeks) at $7-8 per box instead of what they are now. They’ve changed the pad several times as far as packaging and materials but they still remain the only pad that is genuinely odor absorbing and they do genuinely help with cramping (though no product is going to magically make them disappear.) I’ve tried desperately to get away from them because they truly are cost prohibitive at times since we have a varied income. I will say that in general, I’ve found several MUCH more affordable organic options that also lessen cramps and perform satisfactorily. (I am not a “crunchy” or sustainable person, I just go with what works and From personal experience, the organic, unbleached materials cause less cramping and complications.) Sadly, I have NEVER found a product that is so comfortable from a cleanliness aspect. These pads not only completely absorb any menstrual odors, but more importantly, on the lighter days with sweating when you aren’t changing them as frequently, they also absorb or prevent body odor. I’m a person who is VERY sensitive to smells and I’ve alway dreaded my period. These pads are miraculous in how they help me to feel more comfortable at this time of month. Absorbency is fully adequate. On the higher end of average but I’m sure some out there outperform them. (I personally don’t like those because I find they cause me dry skin from being TOO absorbent.) The adhesive has improved and these things stick almost too well. Packaging has improved as well. I have nothing but amazing things to say about these pads, I just wish they were more financially accessible. After using them, it’s impossible for me to use anything else without wishing I could afford these.

Great! Average absorption for organic.
The regular work much better than the super. However these pads do help with pain and odor. How??? :):) I don’t know because you cannot tell it’s working until you go back to traditional pads or tampons. The pads are difficult to open and you often have to tear them because the seal to open is too close to the edge and doesn’t lift with the tab used to open the plastic. Ps “infrared” DOES NOT mean you will feel any heat. These are not “heat” pads. It should help with cramping and discomfort but you should not “feel” it working but that your symptoms are reduced or until you return to the traditional period protection options like pads, tampons, cups. Try the regular first in my opinion, but these pads may work on differently sized persons and unique flow. I am 5’4”-5’5” and 145-155lbs with mild to severe cramps.

Best pad for heavy periods
These are the only way I'm able to leave my house during my awful premenopausal periods. Much softer than expected as well

Adhesive residue left on underwear that won't come off
I've been using these pads for years now and I've always loved them. They're thin, flexible, comfortable, great absorbency, and I've def noticed less odor on my period compared with the pads I used to use. However, over the last year or so, I've run into a problem with them that has me looking for alternatives. About thirty to forty percent of the time, theyb will now have adhesive residue on my underwear that DOES NOT COME OFF in the wash. I've been trying to find ways to get it off, but I've given up on a few older pairs of undies and just threw them out instead. But I shouldn't have to worry about having to throw my underwear out after using my menstrual products, so I'm going to find another brand.

Buy these
NannoPad's are the second best thing to ever happen to my period, the first is a menstrual disc. I usually wear a pad with the disc, just in case. I work at a vet clinic and help out an an emergency vet sometimes. There are times that I will not get to use the restroom at needed times. These pads don't make me itchy (all the name brands like always or kotex do), I usually can't tell that I'm wearing a pad, and I don't have dogs sniffing my crotch when getting their weights. Love them so much. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Best so far
I switched to organic pads/tampons a little over a year ago and out of all the ones I’ve tried I think I like these the best. The other brands seem to have quality control issues, I’ve bought this brand twice and haven’t experienced any quality issues. The adhesive seems to be a bit lacking and they slide around a little bit but not bad. I definitely noticed an improvement in smell and I didn’t have cramps as bad as usual but I’m not sure if that’s from these pads or not. I’ll be buying these again.

Not absorbant
This product is not absorbant and, therefore, is overpriced.
