Good replacement for cracked or torn gasket
Easy replacement to stop slow leak to bowl because of cracked original gasket on flush valve assembly. Check to see if it is just dirty due to hard water first. If cracked or torn, this works great. I keep one on hand always as a spare. These are also readily available at local stores at similar prices.

This fit my Mansfield toilet and worked like a charm
My Mansfield toilet had started leaking and found this gasket for $1 plus change so i thought it would be a quick and easy fix for my toilet. It was quick and mostly easy and I was finished in less than 15 minutes. If I had done this repair before it would have taken even less time. Good product, inexpensive fix, and it works.

Fits the same as OEM
I always keep a couple of these in the garage. I have the Mansfield brand and this Korky brand I just recently installed it and a size was perfect and installed very easily. I can't vouch for the durability yet because I just put it in yesterday. However I will report back after a while to let everyone know how it is holding up

FIXES HARD TO FLUSH & LEAKING TANK PROBLEMS! FIT MY MANSFIELD 140 TOILET
This will fix your toilet if it is either hard to push the flush handle, OR, if it keeps losing water from the tank and keeps running a few seconds to refill the tank that is leaking water into the bowl. I was confused by the description that it fits all 210 and 211 because I thought that was the toilet number, and mine is Mansfield 140. The 210/211 is the part number of the flush assembly that goes up and down. Mine actually has the water saver version in it, which doesn't matter, as this matches the size of the flush hole in the bottom of the tank. First look at the top of the flush device and see a flat round piece on top where the overflow tube goes in. Remove the tube and unscrew the round disk counter clockwise. Without that, the tall flush device will lift out, and you will see the old red washer at the bottom. When it is going bad, it will swell and make it hard to push the flush lever. When it is ruined it will start letting the water leak out of the tank and you will hear the water run a few seconds again to refil what the tank lost. Remove that old seal and put the new one in. There are usually 2 ridges and you want the red seal to be between those ridges. So work it around until it is under the top ridge and now it is between the two of them. Should there only be 1 ridge, work the red seal over it and make sure it is up against the bottom of that ridge. Clean off the edge of the "up and down" flush piece, so there is no sediment to keep it from sealing completely, and place it back in the tank, on top of the new flat red seal. Screw the top disk back on, put the overflow tube back in, and test flush before putting the lid back on, waiting to make sure you hear no water come back on in the tank. I have suffered with a mal-functioning toilet for a long time, and it was done if 5 minutes! If you have any doubts, there are many videos on youtube, just search Mansfield toilet running.

Works well
Works well but doesnโt last as long. I wish there was an advancement to make these more durable to last longer but was a great price compared to in store

Solved my difficult to flush problem
My toilet had become increasingly hard to flush. It was difficult to press the knob. Odd. But this replacement gasket perfectly solved the problem. Less than 5 min install with no tools. The old gasket was 16 years old and had become worn and mis-shaped.

A perfect fit for our toilet repair!
This flush valve seal was a perfect fit for our Mansfield toilet. After installation, it stopped the constant run of water! Our local Lowes sells the toilets, but not the parts needed for repairs. It worked so well that I ordered two more in case the other toilets need repair in the future. My husband and I highly recommend this product!

Super Easy Installation
If you have a toilet that runs intermittently and no leaking water on the floor, you most likely need a new one of these. It took me less than 5 minutes to install, and our toilet is good as new. Steps sans non-technical terms: 1) Turn off water supply to toilet and remove tank cover. 2) Flush toilet, holding handle down until as much water as possible drains out of the tank. 3) Pull the little tube out of the cap thingy, then twist off the cap. 4) Remove the tall flush tower thing. (You have to push it sideways a little at the top to unhook kit from the long bar connected to the handle. 5) Reach down and remove the old seal. 6) Install the new seal, making sure that it fits snuggly all the way around in the top groove of the hole at the bottom of the tank. 7) Put it all back together in reverse order, and turn the water supply back on. No tools required! Super easy!
