I would not recommend using this for more than 10-15% of your total oils. In smaller percentages, it does not dye the skin. **Q: I have used this product for a decade. It has always been red colored. So why was the product I received today yellow colored??** A: Because it's not authentic. No taste, wrong color, wrong texture. The real red palm oil is reddish and it doesn't get "wax" solid at room temperature like this one.
