GREAT TIRE FOR A JET 14" BANDSAW
Great tire. Install was pretty easy with help from another set of hands. It took longer to get the old contact cement off than it took putting on the new tire. Fit perfect on a Jet 14" bandsaw. Once installed blade ran true with no blade hop or run out. Highly recommend.

Clamp in place as you progress.
Not too difficult to install. I used some small clamps to hold the band in place as I progressed around the wheel. Bands run true.

Great fit
Easy to install. No boiling needed, just get the tire warm with hot water from the tap. I removed the wheel and mounted it flat on my workbench using a screw and a washer. This held it firm but allowed it to turn as needed. I slipped the tire over the wheel as far as it would go and then placed two small spring clamps to hold that in place, spacing one at each side. I then used a 1/2" dowel about a foot long, slid it under the tire and working my way around slowly, but pulling hard, the tire slid into place. After carefully removing the dowel I used it to press the tire down into the recess. At first it looked like the tire was too wide and would require trimming, but that wasn't necessary in my case. It nestled into the recess and butted up to the rim at each side perfectly, I just went slowly. I mounted the wheel and spun it to check for high spots and used the dowel to press those down. After reassembly it runs smooth and true.

Good so far...
I like these so far. I was worried because the material didn't feel or look the same as my last pair of urethane tires. I warmed them in water like the videos on You Tube suggests, (which in hindsight the directions said you don't have to) they installed very easily. I thought they might slip because they seemed a little loose but they are working fine so far. I only gave 4 stars for longevity since I haven't used them very long yet.

Fit well, works fine.
Installed on my JWBS-14CS without much difficulty. Appears to be decent quality and expect it to last for many years. Old black factory tire lasted for about 10 years making lots of cuts and then suddenly became stretched out such that it ran right off top wheel and became too big to grip it. I've always released tension from the blade when not in use, usually use 1/4" and 1/2" blades, so guess that the old tire simply had exceeded its life expectancy/material life.

Decent
They were easy to install and did a decent job but where the band mates to complete the circle there is a slight bump and when installed the blade tracks over that bump. When the bandsaw wheel rotates you can see and feel the slight lift when the blade is tracking. Even though this is ever so slight and doesnt necessarily make errors in the cut, I preferred there not be that bump. I switch to another manufacturer and am more satisfied as the bands are consistent and smooth at the bands mating section. I typically use the vibration method for tensioning my blades and while watching for the blade, it was then this slight bump was most apparent. Cuts are still fine but I prefer smoother connected bands at their joint.

It really does fit the Jet 14" bandsaw
Some reviews noted a need to trim for the Jet or that the tire didn't fit in the channel. If you just hold the tire to the channel, it is a hair wider and you might be concerned. However once stretched around the whole wheel, that extra width is gone and it fits just fine. You might need to pinch down the last few inches by hand but the stretch makes the belt narrower (as it should) and the result is a perfect fit. Definitely pull the wheels from the saw to install the new tires. That lets you clamp the wheel to the bench and use spring clamps to hold things in place while you work the screwdrivers or tire irons to stretch it over. I let mine sit in the sun for about 30 minutes to relax them and they went on without any undue fuss. It's definitely quieter than the old rubber tires, but those were pretty shot on my saw. Use this as an opportunity to re-tune your bandsaw.

Excellent quality and fit for Jet 14” bandsaw
Installed these on my Jet 14” bandsaw. Pit perfectly. Very precise to the width and diameter of the wheel. Takes some effort to install due to this precision but worked perfect. Resolved my tire slipping issues and saw tracks exactly now. I will purchase these again the next time I need to replace them, probably 5 years.
