Perfect replacement
Had to drill out the set screw on the old handle/trim piece when replacing the cartridge. This was a perfect direct replacement for what we had. Easy to install.

Missing Actual Trim Plate
Handle, check. Trim plate, nope. What good does this do for me? Absolute non-sense. I need a freaking plate. Also missing the correct allen wrench as displayed in the manual.

Get a small Allen wrench if you can find one that small
It’s good, but they’re only bad thing is design is the Allen wrench to tighten the handle is an odd size it’s very small so I literally had to use my classes screw, which is very small to tighten it, but the price was great as my local plumbing store wanted to charge me over $100

Perfect affordable upgrade for my builder grade bathroom flip
Cheap. Modern (enough) easy to install, sleek, sturdy. Love it. Get it, don’t need anything fancier unless you’re renovating your whole bathroom. I ordered another two sets and they just made my bathroom look old compared to ‘em. This is a winner for budget buyers.

We buy last yer in may ,now is one year and handle is fall off..Was installed with professional plumber…Not recommended !!!!!

Parts were sent in a gallon size sandwich baggy and was missing parts

Missing parts
Missing set screw for handle but more importantly missing the black housing that receives trim plate. Can't install without that!

My shower handle broke and I was contemplating about changing the whole shower system. When I came across this product , it looked promising and the only thing I had to check if it was compatible with the existing pressure balancer valve. Thankfully it was and the product fit like a glove and solved my problem.

Was sent a used and damaged product that most likely someone returned. Not in it's original packaging. Came in a ziploc bag with parts scattered everywhere.
