I use the medium size for squats and I can tell I’m getting a better workout than I was before. The bands are also durable and stay in place without slipping. Other bands I have used slide up and down and that can be very frustrating, but these thankfully stay in place! The color coding makes it easy to select the right one for each kind of workout. I have used that many times already as well.I do wish that the bands were labeled with Small, Medium and Large so that I knew right away what size they were right away when picking them up. The bands also have a strange smell to them, but that is a minor thing for me. The bands are thick and strong enough to create a good amount of resistance when doing exercises.
