Should the tube top have been sealed?

I have bought many of these over the years and the tube top itself has never had a seal on it. The screw on lid sometimes has tape you have to peel off before first use but not always.

Additional information inside says discard after 60 days of opening but I believe you can get different quantity tubes if you don’t think you’d use it all in 60 days 👍

can this be used on outside eyes for yucky bits

I know this is old, but someone may find it useful. Use a small pipette for precision and soften the dry gunk with olive oil, then you can wipe it away when it’s loosened and softened
