I highly recommend purchasing it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Installs in seconds but a bit narrow, risk of blowout *by C***W on August 23, 2022* After a broken spoke on my road bike’s rear wheel I needed to replace the rim tape. From my days working at a bike store I remembered rim strips like these and figured I’ll give it a try. This rim strip works out well. It installed in seconds and is easily holding up to the 110psi I use in my 25mm tires (I inspected fit and shape twice after recent flats). It’s great that I can remove it in seconds and reuse it when the next spoke breaks. I didn’t weight the strip before installing but I don’t think there is a significant weight difference to rim tape. Update: on a recent 108 mile ride my tire “blew” at mile 96. Bummer, right? Before replacing the tube, I checked the tire for any remaining sharp objects, none. I didn’t inflate the flat tube to locate the leak and investigate that specific location further. Big mistake. 4 miles later I had a flat tire again, at which point I abandoned my ride. When I investigated later on in my workshop, I found out that the rim tape had shifted a bit, juuuust enough to expose one of the spoke holes, and that was the cause of the two leaks.
