These are half pound each. I originally gave a 2 star review because it was not clear in the description that 1.1lb is the TOTAL weight for the 2 weights put together. They were too light to use even for a 7 year old. The seller reached out and offered a proper solution and was very polite and kind about it. The product looks very nice and is well made if you are looking for half pound weight straps.
