MyMiniJoy Baby Ornament Keepsake Kit (Makes TWO)

This was the sweetest activity to do with my boys. I have done hand print activities in the past and it was difficult to mix and hard to press their hands in... not this one! It was super easy and great clean up. My 2 year old was my helper and the 5 month old was the muse. His little hand and foot was the perfect size for the mold. Honestly, 5 months old was the perfect age because his hands were no longer super tight fists. We completed the project and let it dry for an extra couple days (4 days total, just there I make sure!) before hanging with the ribbon provided in the box and they turned out wonderful!!!! It’s incredible to keep this milestone and even better that we get to have a fun memory while doing the activity as a family. ❤️ Highly recommend as a gift for another family or to buy for yourself to use with your own kids (or pets!). The Box it comes in is super cute and the materials inside are simple and easy to use.

This was such a fun project for my daughter for fathers day. She is so little, so really I had the most fun! It was so easy to use and very simple. I was glad that i didn't have to mix anything and it was just all there ready to use. Which made it easier while working with a 4 month old. Great product, great price, and made a great gift.

The molding clay is good, easily moldable and pakaged well. I wouldn't change a thing there. The tools that come with the package: The letters work well along with the slide loader, this does take a while to cut out and set up so it would be helpful to advise people if using them, to do this first and have them ready to stamp while the clay is still moist enough. The rolling pin is worthless, it might work better if it was plastic or hard rubber. The round molds are almost worthless, they are obviously suited best for a newborn. My granddaughter is 7 1/2 months and her hand and foot (2 different kits) almost did not fit leaving little room for lettering. The picture frame mold works well but I would have liked it bigger, extra large space for a foot or hand but not quite big enough for both, and the picture sizes are not standard so will have to cut down any pics I put in it. Also could have used just a little more clay. Over all I am happy with the product for the price but I would pay a little more for the improvements listed.

I usually don’t write reviews but a friend suggested I do this for my newborn son because she made them for her kids and cherished them. After I made the first set, I loved it so much I bought two more to make for the grandparents on each side, and then I bought another one to give a pregnant coworker. This is going to be my new go-to baby shower present because it’s so fun and easy, and they turn out GREAT!! Also, one of my (many) orders didn’t come with the stands so I emailed the company and they shipped them immediately, free of charge, with a hand-written note - WOW! Now THAT’S customer service. I love that it’s a family run business, too. If you’re on the fence, you should definitely order this. You won’t be disappointed.

This was such a wonderful buy! Okay parents, I have an incredibly wiggly baby and I really wasnt sure how this worked. I did his hand while he was asleep and his foot when he was awake. The first foot attempt, he kicked and messed up his toes. It was so easy to just re-roll the mold and try again! Just keep your hands clean so you don't get debris onto the mold. I would also recommend prepping a work station (I used a cookie sheet) with plastic wrap. I didnt don't with the first mold and it was not fun removing from the surface. The second mold I used plastic wrap and it was sooo much easier during removal. Both applications went PERFECT. The mold picked up the finest details that I have never achieved with any other product. I absolutely love it, I'm so glad I took a chance with this, and you should too! You will be so glad you did.

This was okay. I got to use for my 2 month old and found that it was hard to get her hand or foot pressed into the clay enough to make an impression (without pushing so hard it would hurt her). I ended up throwing away but it might be good for older kids

Great gift idea and very easy to use. The letters were more difficult to use, need to cut very close to the joints and hard to put letters in the frame, but otherwise easy product to use. Mine took longer to dry and harden, perhaps in warmer weather it takes shorter time. My baby was 2 months old and her hand and foot fit perfect, not sure if it would work for much older children.

I ordered two kits. One kit turned out great! Unfortunately, in the other kit, one clay was too dry to form and the other dried cracked. I reached out to the vendor and they replied very quickly and sent new clay. This is my second time ordering in 2 years. I would buy these again. They make great gifts to give to grandparents.
