I have ordered 2 pair of these.. first pair had stitching coming out already, fit too big and also looked as if they had been worn. Bottom of shoe had dirt spots and also one spot on the top fabric of the shoe. The second pair I ordered to try to get a more decent looking and better fitting pair, I ordered in a size 6 and received a size 9. I am not happy or pleased at all as a customer because this is very frustrating and has taken more of my personal time than it should have to simply order a pair of shoes and get what I paid for and ordered. Is that too much to ask? I did a feedback on the shoes and still have not heard from the seller. As a customer that deals with customer service daily, I expect a refund on both pairs. When I ordered I wasn't sure if they was going to fit since I'm usually between a 7.5 and 8 in women's shoes. I went up to an 8 since they don't have half sizes but they fit perfectly.I also wanted to add that for years I have struggled with chronic back pain and something as simple as tying shoes can cause a flare up.. I can put these on easily and wear them all day without feeling discomfort.
