This salsa verde goes on everything, from tacos to omelets to whatever we're going to eat next. We cannot live without it.

Got mine in a store. Tasty, but about 80% of the way through jar, in a 37 degree fridge, more than a year before expiration date, my bowl of black beans was giving off a serious alcohol vibe. Sniffed the jar, and powerful fermentation odor smacked me. No clue how that happened.
