Try these if foam earplugs scrunch up or fall out of your ears
The 3M reusable earplugs block out noticeably more sound and are more comfortable for me than foam plugs. While foam plugs help, they scrunch up even during careful insertion, leading to an imperfect seal and/or excessive pressure against the delicate skin of the ear canal by the doubled-over plug. 3M's plug has a triple-flange cone shape that can't double over, and it adapts to various sizes and shapes of ear canals. It is made of a flexible gel-type plastic that minimizes pressure and is easy to clean.Read the instructions and use safe practices to protect your inner ear. Keep your mouth wide open while you insert and remove ear plugs so air pressure can equilibrate via the tiny Eustachian tube that connects your middle ear to the back of your throat. Clean these with soap and water after each use, and make sure they are completely dry before reuse, since a constant damp environment promotes the growth of fungus.Prepackaged foam earplugs are still helpful for one-time use, but the 3M plugs are now my staple for frequent use at home.

Way better than foam
My favorite semi-disposable ear plugs. At my jobs (event venue stagehand & parks laborer), I deal with a lot of loud noise and always carry ear protection with me. I love ear muffs, but they don't work with my glasses (regular and/or safety), and are a pain to carry unless you leave them on the top of your head. The little case is handy, though most of the time they end up wadded up in a pocket. After a few months out in the summer sun, one pair started getting a little hard and didn't fit as well, so I ordered a new pair and retired those. I have misplaced/lost a set or two of these ear plugs, but at this price point, it's ok.

The work well and are reusable
Ear protection is really important. My mower and vacuum are very loud. I use the disposable kind too but these are nice because you can reuse them. The spongy flesh colored disposable kind are somewhat better in that they cut out even more noise. But these are also very effective and do not pop out as some disposable plugs do.

earplugs
These earplugs are great since I have a hard time sleeping with background noise.

Motorcycle necessity
Much better than the cones that you squeze down and push in your ear.

Not for smaller ear canals
There do not fit my ears. If I push them in far enough to block noise they are painful. So I would say they are for large ear canals.

Do not block enough sound
These don't even block out the sound of my 30lb dog snoring from across the room, so they certainly aren't going to block full-grown men snoring in close proximity; music, television or conversation in the same room; or airplane noise. These are the reasons I needed earplugs, so they are pretty much useless to me. The only benefit I see is that they seem more comfortable than the disposable versions I've tried, and less likely to fall out while I sleep. But neither of those things matter if they don't block sound...

You will hear NOTHING!
These block all the noises to which I am exposed, including seven rifle volleys on a military memorial rifle squad. I have more expensive ear plugs but these do the job without near the expense.
