Best Ever for Pork Roast Slicing (also other meats, breads, and vegetables)
These cutting tongs are superb--best ever--for slicking pork loin! It will work for beef, but beef is a bit expensive these days, so I get pork. Specifically, I like pork chops but they are about $3 a pound (bone-in), while pork loin is $2 a pound (boneless). I get a pork loin and then slice it into pork chops, and this saves about $5 here in the middle of nowhere. I use Victorinox® knives, and the large knife in the photos is a Victorinox 10" Slicing Knife with Granton edge. For reference, the pork loin (a.k.a., pork roast) is 5 pounds, and it's boneless. Fat makes meat taste better, so I select the pork loin that has the most fat, and this makes it like pork chops when sliced. Victorinox knives are very sharp, so I keep them in Noble knife shields. Victorinox knives are expensive, but they reduce prep time significantly and pay for themselves easily over the long run if you cook a lot. The Cutting Tongs are fantastic in every respect--affordable, sturdy, dishwasher safe, logical, easy to use safely, and significantly lowers the risk of using sharp knives, plus you get same-size slices, which is nice. If you are going to make stuffed pork chops, then use every second or every third tong slot for slicing--double or triple thickness. [NOTE: The red handle cable cutter is what I use to cut the ends off chicken drumsticks, which mostly is a visual aspect of preparing food. ] P. S. I am a Vine Voice, but I bought this with my own money. It was not a free item. Very happy to have these cutting tongs in my set of kitchen utensils!

Does it's job with all types of meat (and occasionally homemade bread). Easy to find, easy to use, easy to clean

Uneven slices
This holds the meat well while protecting fingers but the tines are spaced far enough apart to still allow crooked slices when using our electric knife.

Very helpful tool for small tenderloins!
This works very well to assist in slicing small tenderloins. A bit difficult to use on the wider or larger ones, but still a great addition to my kitchen tools!

Je l’ai acheter parce que j’en ai vu un semblable ailleurs. Je trouvais cela vraiment utile. Comme je ne vois pas je m’en sert pour tranché du pain ou de la viande. Celui la a une penture au centre comme une pince. Je trouve qu’il ne s’ouvre pas aussi grand que celui que j’avais vu. Il avait une penture plutot au bout en haut et s’ouvrais vraiment très grand. Mais il fait très bien le travail.
