You must use it on the right side of the car, otherwise the pillow gets in the way of the seatbelt. This one had the best reviews than other pillows. She likes the colors and size of it. We have not had issues of the pillow sliding down the seat belt. The velcro works well to keep it in place. She fell asleep on it multiple times. My only negative comment is it was a little pricier than I was looking to spend on a pillow.
