I've had my HM clock for a little over a year working fine but now it does not keep time even with a new battery. Can the "works" be replaced?

what is the total size of this clock and is it quiet or does it make a ticking sound like most quarts clocks?

This clock is 13" in diameter, measuring the wood on the outside. It runs quiet. There is a very slight ticking sound but you almost have to be up next to it to hear it. It sits on our kitchen wall and we don't notice the sound at all. So far, it runs well (we've had it 6 months) and it keeps accurate time.
