This is a must for all phone/photo enthusiasts, such a great gadget. After connecting remote control via Bluetooth which is so easy, I mounted my phone on the tripod and off I went. The problems I have had trying to take selfies and group pics on my phone while trying to balance my phone correctly and still be able to press the snap button is all in the past now. The tripod easily fits in my bag, which means I can carry everywhere I go. I can mount phone landscape or portrait and just press the button on remote and I have a picture. The other great thing about this is if you find you can't place tripod on a flat surface somewhere, the arms are bendable, so can be put anywhere, attaching the arms to anything. Most phone cameras are compatible with the remote, but if you find yours doesn't work as you have a less well known phone, there is an app available on google play and app store that takes seconds to download, which will then make your phone instantly compatible with the remote. We stood at one end of living/dining room and camera was nearly down the opposite end and it still snapped a picture, so distance isn't a problem either.
