I have been in contact with them and they could not be more cooperative and understanding. I am partly responsible for the problem but they have been working with me and have offered to pay for the return shipping and refunding the cost of the fender flares. If I had a Nissan Titan with a bed no Flares I recommend Honhill, not only for the price compared to the Nissan price, but for the quality and the customer service. So I have revised my rating to 5 Stars because they certainly deserve it. I would ordered their product again if and when I needed to do so. Review: Works well with some elbow grease - Pain in the butt to install but worth the money...takes two people, one to push like hell and the other to screw into the clips. Clips are way too shallow for a 2005 Nissan Titan but we made it work.
