Stretchable Clear Book Repair Tape, 15 Yard Roll, 2 Inch

I use this on my toddler’s lift the flap books to reinforce the flaps or reattach the ones she’s ripped off. I also use it on the spines of her worn out board books. It works perfectly. Smooth texture, strong adhesive, completely see through.

This tape looks great, does the job and is easy to use.

This stuff is flexible yet strong. Just the exact kind of tape you need to repair the inside of books or the outside of books. Excellent quality with good sticking power yet also to remove. Also made in the USA. Customer for life.

I was looking for some strong, clear and less tacky looking tape to help mend a bunch of Christian Prayer Books. This tape was easy to use and affordable. It was strong and supple enough that I could use it to reinforce tears that had happened between the cover and the rest of the book. I could also use it on the outside of the book and it still blended nicely with the red cover. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was I have yet to see how well it lasts.

I buy quite a few used books and I use my books. I don't have any rare or first additions that require special binding. What I like most about this tapes aside from the fact that it actually binds and repairs the damage, is that it is clear and I can read the titles. I lead a study group and have quite few reference books , with the clear tapes I can easily find the book I need. I have tried other binding tapes but this is going to be my go to tape for future need. Hopefully this roll will do, there is 15 yards on the roll. Good value for money

I have over one hundred books and over the years I've replaced so many that just wear out due to use. I'm so glad I found out how to repair them myself and this product is one of those tools that allow me to do that. I've replaced 10 books in the past week with this tape and some bookbinding glue. While the glue works great for loose pages, when you book is in two or more pieces and divided on the spine of the book then you're going to need tape to keep the covers and the spine together. This product will do that for you at a great price too. Like I said earlier in the review I've already repaired ten books which has easily saved me over 100$. This tape is a worthwhile investment that brings returns many times the amount of the small cost of the tape. I highly recommend the product.

Bought this to repair bindings, pages, and pop up features in books that my toddler has gotten a little too excited about. Easy to use, goes on very clear (no color noticeable), and overall a quality product. It does start to peel off of shiny pages/books if tugged on again, but I would rather it pull off than rip more of the book, so the adhesion is perfect! Good value.

I have a one year old who LOVES to read and unfortunately some of her books have seen better days. I was previously using regular tape but it seemed to not stick well to board books and she was easily able to pull it off. This stuff is perfect for both board books and paper books to repair ripped pages or books that have been entirely ripped apart. I’ve been able to save many books with this tape and I’m sure I will continue to do so in the future.

As a bibliophile with a young child, I find myself fixing books pretty often. I’ve tried clear packing tape but it has a tendency to rip and longer term get brittle so I tried this stuff. I’ve also used linen hinge tape which is great but not transparent for fixing pages and picture books. This is like the tape libraries use to reinforce bindings and tape on book numbers! Very strong, but still flexible. Working great for torn pages, spines and board books that ripped at the binding. Great for preserving and restoring your (or your tot’s) favorite books!

Very good product. I only take out one star because of the thickness: it makes it less appropriate to repair many single pages inside the books. But for reinforce or repair the covers or the first page connection to the cover it is just perfect: robust and flexible.

Our toddler loves his books and many of them are showing signs of wear and tear, with flaps coming off, pop-up bits coming apart and spines disintegrating. We bought a roll of this and have found it to be perfect for breathing life back into his much loved books. So far the fixed books seems to be standing up well to further toddler attentions. Far superior to our previous efforts to fix with sellotape.
