Very cute, very bodycon, though! I will need spanx to be comfy in this but keeping it anyway. It’s so soft and a great little throw-on dress. I got a small, I’m 5’6”, 125# and short-waisted.

I own several dresses from Daily Ritual that are made in this same Jersey material. I consider it to actually be more of a stretchy t-shirt type material that what I think of as jersey.I now generally wear a size large but I bought this in an XL to accommodate an undershirt that I am wearing that keeps seems away from my skin while I recover from a health issue. If I were not wearing this undershirt, I would definitely buy a large.The dress is extremely comfortable and doesn't bind anywhere. The neck is crew and the sleeves are short. I am 5'6” and the dress hits me right at the ankle. The slit is on the left side and stops just below my knee (though, I do have longer legs than normal for my height, so on others it may hit right at the knee.)There is no seam in the back (which is very important to me right now.) The seams are on the two sides.The only thing I would change about this dress is that there is a tag at the neck. I wish they had printed the info on the inside of the dress or included the tag low somewhere on the side seam below the hip.In the photos that I hope to include, it shows the dress as it fits me with the t-shirt underneath. I have washed it and it didn't shrink appreciably. I have worn and washed my other dresses in this line everyday for five months and they are still in good shape.The dress I purchased first is in a dark heather gray. I was happy to see this color and wish that Daily Ritual would expand the line to carry other colors than simply neutral ones.I will be buying more of these dresses, starting with the basic black. It's a great dress for those of us who prefer not to wear shorter dresses. The slit will keep it cooler in warm weather and the longer length will keep the legs warm when it is cool outside.

It is so incredibly soft, and for my ladies who dress modestly, the slit comes up only to the calf/shin. I’m not at tall as the model, so the bottom was a bit longer, but it is still so perfect. I will say, the only reason I’m docking a star is because I got the navy blue and it was still see-through. That is fine for me because I wear slip-dresses anyways, but be aware that it can happen.

bought several of those already, various colors, and would happily buy more!(althought, sadly, it looks like no more available)the fabric is super-soft and pleasant to touch, and withstands machine washing.the colors remain fresh, the softness persist.wearing it all day long and like every moment of it.

I bought this in black, wore it three times inside of a week and loved it so much I went back and bought the navy. Now considering the green. This is the *perfect* dress -- casual and light enough for a barbecue, just neat enough for work. Works with sneakers, sandals or flats. I throw a scarf on it for work. Then I bought the Daily Ritual cocoon cardigan (in two colors) so I could continue to wear it into colder months. I'm 5'4" and can wear it with flats, it just skims the top of my foot. Side-slits make it easy to walk in. Fabric is very soft, very stretchy, and so far launders well. It's flattering, elegant, minimal -- it's like Eileen Fisher on a Target budget. More like this pls!

This dress looks and feels great. Not too tight and breathable. Wrinkle free. Dress up for casual or party wear. Definitely worth the price.

I wish all T-shirt dresses were made with substantial jersey knit. This one is soft but thin. It'll definitely need a slip. I do like that it's long - I'm 5'10" and like wearing this midi length.
