Does the lady in the first picture come with the shower head ?

The NearMoon reply is so very cute, that now I must buy all of the NearMoon products. So now everyone I know is getting the "rainforest shower" experience for Christmas this year! I expect them to never go back to regular showers ever again! The "cute shower lady" is in the eye of the beholder. 🙃

Do I have to buy an extender separately to use this shower head?

I did buy an 11” extender. It suited me because anything longer for my height (5’1”) would be a waste of money, plus my shower area is not that long or wide. I bought the extender only because my shower arm was 6” and for a rainfall effect I would have to hug the shower wall from where the shower arm is attached. No issues with the extender attaching to this shower head. It has excellent pressure.

Can you tell me if I have to use the flow restrictor having a water pressure of 70 psi?
