It sounds really great when she calls, and works good for her so far, she might try a different ear gel to get a better fit?? I'm not an over the road driver I drive locally making deliveries in a refrigerated box truck. There's my back ground for my review. First thing. I installed the app per the instructions charged the unit as stated in the instructions. Once it was charged I connected it to my phone which is a Samsung s20fe. Connected it on the app also. First thing it showed was that it needed an update which really upset me since I just got it. So I played around with the app and found our it had to be done with a computer. I don't have a personal computer. So couldn't update. Tried setting the volume for the Bluetooth thru the app as I already had it turned up thru the phone. Could not get the volume to set. Which made it to where when at work I could not hear notifications or calls when they came in. Also when I was on the phone I could barely hear the person I was talking to and they could barely hear me. So in all I was very disappointed with this product.
