UPDATE: So, I'll leave my original review for comparison.The customer service from GooGoo took the initiative to reach out to me after my review and offered a few solutions. One of which was to receive replacements. I chose this option as I really liked the color and feel of the hair. It honestly has an AMAZING first impression. However if you read the previous review I made, you'll know that once installed I felt the hair was too thin...I received full replacements for my original order, the shipping was fast, but I had already installed another brand of extensions while I waited (which is the reason for a delay in update). I was really impressed with the customer service, really glad that they wanted to make it right. The extensions were packaged similar as before with lashes and spare tape.The hair itself, again, makes a wonderful first impression. The color match is perfect for me, the hair silky and soft. I DID weigh the bundles and they were all 50g. So that's on point. There are meant to be 20 tapes per pack. My 14" pack had 20 tapes, my 16" had 21 tapes, and my 18" pack had 22 tapes. That's not really a complaint, but noteworthy, I suppose.I do feel the adhesive is not perfect, but honestly I feel this way about all brands of extensions. Highly recommend buying your own tape.So, the important part...After install, I am much happier with these extensions. Three packs gives me natural fullness and for whatever reason this set seems to be thicker than the last! I typically run my tape ins for 6-8wks and will update after some wear. :)ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love these extensions, really.These extensions seem to have quite a few mixed reviews. I decided to give them a try....to be honest I'm a little disappointed...The packaging was fine, everything was sealed and well kept. I also got free lashes with each pack and that was an amazing touch. They send spare tapes and care instructions as well.My first impressions of the hair were really good. It's soft and silky, the color match for my hair was perfect, the weft itself is nice and slender compared to a lot of other tape in brands.The disappointment happened after I started applying the extensions, it seems that the adhesive isn't the best, but that's something you can change out if you need, I'd buy my own tape if you're getting these. The sandwiches were coming apart almost immediately, I've never had that happen before.The other huge disappointment is how thin the hair is. I am going for length, so I typically buy 3 50g packs of 14", 16", and 18" from another brand and it makes my hair the right thickness...these extensions seems so so so thin. They also had 1 unmatched weft in each pack which is odd... and I know some people are like, "well that's nice, they included and extra!" But if we're going for overall volume and weight, that's means that there is hair that will go unused (meaning part of that 50g), unless you prefer cutting your wefts.I'm hoping I got a bad set, but tbh I'm not sure I'll buy again....who knows.

**UPDATE** Since I left this review, customer service contacted me and offered to send me a new set. I did not want another glue in set since the glue didn't seem to work for my hair. So they offered to send me a clip in replacement set. I absolutely love the clip in set. Again, it is beautiful hair!! The hair is great quality and while the glue in was not for me, the customer service was amazing and made sure they found the right solution for me! Very impressed!I originally loved this product. They looked amazing. But when removing them I have lost so much hair. My hair was thick and full and now is so thin. I could NOT get the glue out and it made a horrible mess of my hair. These two pictures are from 2 separate days of washing and trying everything to get the glue out And I still have chunks of glue in my hair. I loved how these looked. But I will NEVER use them again. This has been awful and my natural hair looks horrible now.

As a cosmetologist, this was my first tape-in extension attempt. They were very easy to install. The extraction is more difficult, so do your research. But this brand of extensions are all I’ve ordered for a good two years. Whether it’s clip ins or a halo or tape ins. Quality is HIGHLY impressive, can withstand washing and heat. The softness stays the same even after weeks of use and heat. Clip ins are never comfortable, but I didn’t need to readjust during the day too much.The tape ins are amazing if you know how to install them. My last ones were in with absolutely no problem for over 6 weeks, I only took them out to change color.Honestly 100/10 recommended.

The color was spot on. Best color I have ever seen and blended beautifully with my hair. Very good value for the hair. I will say that the tapes on this hair were very thick and stiff, which I was worried about as my hair is rather fine, but did okay until the extensions started growing out. Also the hair was a little hard to curl after installation but got better after washing. Texture was quite wavy after washing, but still soft. It was actually nice since I could get away without curling if I was short on time. We took a vacation to Mexico, and the heat and humidity caused the hair to become quite coarse and frizzy despite deep conditioning, even after I got home. I ended up removing them, which was a nightmare as this is the strongest hair tape I have ever seen and I have had extensions for years. Took me about two hours to remove (luckily very little damage to my own hair as I use good products and went slowly). Needed clarifying shampoo to remove gunky glue residue but that is kind of normal. I loved the color, but will not be repurchasing this brand.

I love it so much I’m African American my hair is thick and coarse the color match is perfect so is the texture it is very durable soft doesn’t shed much I’ve bought from their actually website twice and found the hair amazing but the quality from Amazon wasn’t as great it last 4 weeks for me . It is very difficult to remove it took me a day of oiling . The tape is super strong you have to be gentle with removal

The product is such a nice colour which blends straight into your natural hair. It is super easy to install and only takes around 10-20 minutes. I think it’s great product to use if you don’t want to damage your own natural hair.If you want a highlighted look that’s suttle, one pack of 20 is a great amount but a more fuller look which shows the colour strongly, 40 would be recommended.The communication with the seller is convenient as they reply fast and will always help with Anna questions or queries.Overall 9/10

I was dubious about buying these tape ins after reading a few negative reviews about the quality. However, rooted tape ins are hard to come by at a reasonable price, so I took the risk. So glad I did! They are thick, soft and exactly the colour they claim to be (unlike other rape ins I've purchased through amazon). I've had them in for 3-4 weeks and they are holding up well and still feel brand new after washing several times. Will definitely purchase again.

Loved these but unfortunately have had ot stop wearing as my heair is just ruined for the tape residue left behind

Not bad, but a little but thin, so you will need to purchase two or three packets before noticing you have them in.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered these extensions ( 3 packs ) , they are so soft and the colour is beautiful, blends amazing! my hair is light brown (6) and short to my shoulders , and it looks amazing im so happy will defo be buying again.. 🤍, the best way to keep the tape strong hold is to clap 3 times with straightners and clap it with a hair extension clap! they aint going anywhere!
