It is made from cows milk and has no aftertaste or chemical taste. Based on product label is low-fat, sucrose and lactose free.The product comes in vanilla and strawberry flavors as well, and also in a higher protein offering.Highly recommend this product

This is my favorite protein shake. It is a bit pricey, but I will continue to purchase these since the flavor is so good. It makes drinking protein shakes easier for me, and I would rather have an easier time drinking my protein than forcing myself to drink something I don't like :PReceived quickly with no issues.Also, it's lactose free! Great for people who are lactose intolerant.

My absolute favorite protein shake after trying a wide variety. They’re shelf stable. It taste just like a thick chocolate milk packs a lot of protein.

These protein shakes are really good. They taste great and have a ton of nutrients in them. I feel pretty full after having one and it’s definitely a healthy snack.

Very very good tasting - I am Not a chocolate lover yet this really tastes rich and good. Only issue I see is it is a bit Too SWEET tasting - if they could put 1/3 less stevia and java fruit juice it would taste more like real chocolate. But drank along with food is just A-OK and 26Gs for protein. I have tried non animal protein shakes - really do not come close to this flavor - chalky at best.

I got the chocolate flavor. Love the taste, love the texture , is not gritty. I am big on texture lol but it helps me meet my protein goals every day. And it’s lactose free! I just recently found that I am lactose intolerant so this helps a lot.

These are my all time favorite protein shakes. They help keep my appetite under control throughout the day due to the great amount of protein in them, will fewer calories than other shakes. The best part is that the taste delicious and my kids even love them. I stick them in the freezer at times and they come out much like a shake. Make sure not to keep them in for long however, as they will freeze solid.
